A busy day

It’s four in the morning…. You probably think this is the prelude to a soppy song sung by a washed up bar singer. But no. It really is four in the morning!! The adventure is just about to begin!!!

Cases were put into the car overnight (far too many/heavy to be dragged out and manhandled into the boot – quietly –  at this time of the morning). Friends were finally ushered out of the house far too late last night. Last bits have been packed into hand (!) luggage.

The whole house is up. It’s an emotional time.

But the star herself – well – she seems to be holding it together. Expectation, anticipation, excitement all play their part. She wants to just get at it, to get started, to launch straight into the world of opportuinty which is opening up for her.

We are in awe of her and proud of her. She hasn’t planned things out for her life ahead, except that she intends to go far.

In the meantime – we’re making do with the disrupted sleep and hoping that the rest of the day works well for her and allows us the rest due to more aged bodies!!!!

About xtrekki

OK - I've been doing this for almost a year now and have still not mastered the mysteries of blogging!! WHAT are widgets? What are tags? Where on the dashboard do I find them or an explanation of how I can get them to work for me? In other aspects of my life I am fairly sharp. I could certainly be advisor to Hercule Poirot in unraveling his most impenetrable of cases. So - why oh why can I not figure out how to manage this bloomin' blog???????

Oh, emotional and exciting times… Should we be expecting to see her on a future series of The Apprentice?

Exciting times. And she’s so brave. Once she settles in, what a great time she’ll have.

Looking forward to hearing from you...often!
