On checking out…

Ok – so I’ve gone back into this. And I’ve discovered that the background and header applied on Saturday night have been automaticlly applied the that last, new blog. So – it appears that it is ready tarted. So perhaps I am starting to scale that technological cliff-face unbeknownst to and in spite of myself!!! Should that spur me on to upload (download, whatever) a gravatar? Or should I just let well alone now? And the issue of changing typefact/size remains a mystery. Still – let the journey begin!!

Speaking of which – there has been talk of my xtrekki status changing soon. Others up for that adventure – get in touch!!

About xtrekki

OK - I've been doing this for almost a year now and have still not mastered the mysteries of blogging!! WHAT are widgets? What are tags? Where on the dashboard do I find them or an explanation of how I can get them to work for me? In other aspects of my life I am fairly sharp. I could certainly be advisor to Hercule Poirot in unraveling his most impenetrable of cases. So - why oh why can I not figure out how to manage this bloomin' blog???????

Oh go on, do the gravatar thing. Not commenting on your xtrekki/trekki thought!

So you’ve been spurred into action, then? I was stunned anyway that you were not already a seasoned blogger! Still – now that you’ve taken the plunge I’m expecting that you’ll be forwarding lots of techie advice. Because I did try the ol’ gravatar thing again today and yet again have failed miserably!! As for the other thought – never one to defend the status quo just for the sake of it. It just appears that the opportunity may be ripe for reconsideration?

I can’t remember how I got a gravatar- and anyway, sometimes it shows up and sometimes it doesn’t. So much of this remains a mystery, but who cares?

Looking forward to hearing from you...often!
